Scott is an AEA actor and singer with a strong high bari/tenor voice that ranges from golden age to contemporary broadway/pop to Sondheim to rock'n'roll.  His versatile look allows him to successfully portray a young lover, comic sidekick, goofy young father or dark man of mystery, depending on styling and who else is on stage, and he is equally at home in farce, melodrama, dry comedy and realist plays.

Scott was born in Texas and grew up between Texas, New Jersey and Australia before moving to Virginia for college and DC for law school. After (mostly) successfully balancing law practice and his love of performance, he gave in to the siren call of his passion and took the plunge, leaving his law firm job to perform (and audition) full time, starting with Arena Stage's Fiddler on the Roof.  The rest, as they say, is still unwritten ...
